1) To celebrate the end of exams me and my friend went out for happy hour! I may of drunk way to many cocktails but lets not talk about that. The apple passion cocktails was definitely my favourite.

2) This Sunday is fathers day and I cannot wait to spend the day with my two favourite people (my father and grandfather) We have plans to go out for a traditional Sunday roast to celebrate. I love my grandfather and father very much and they are the kindest people on this planet and I am looking forward to celebrating a day that is all about them, they deserve it.

3) I have been loving the show Love Island. It is about a bunch of boys and girls on an island trying to find love. Similar to the Bachelor. I love a good reality TV show.

   

4) I am going on holiday in less than 3 weeks! I cannot wait to relax on the beach/by the pool with a good book and catch a tan. Considering I booked this holiday way back in January it has come around quite quickly. 

5) Allergy season is in full swing and I am struggling. My eyes are all red, puffy and itchy and my nose just drips like a tap. I love the Spring/Summer but it is when my allergies play up and it makes it hard to stay outside for long periods of time. Can anyone recommend any good products for allergies please?

Considering I am new to the blogging world I thought I would share some things about myself with you all.

So without further adieu you probably don't know that...

1) I could eat ice cream all day everyday, but I dislike cakes and doughnuts. 
2) I don't eat breakfast. Okay I know breakfast is suppose to be the most important meal of the day or whatever but I just simply do not get up in time to eat it or even if I do I cannot stomach food first thing in the morning.
3) I bite my nails, it's such a bad habit to have and no matter how hard I try I can't seem to break it. 
4) I usually fall asleep during a movie whether that be at home or in the cinema. When it is dark out or I am bed watching TV I mostly just end up falling asleep.
5) I still wear Christmas pajamas even in the Summer. They are so comfortable and they have reindeers on them, how can you not wear them.
6) I have my wedding all planned out in my head and I even have a secret Pintrest board with all wedding pins #callmecrazy.
7) My favourite genre of music is a toss up between rock and country. Depending on the day and the mood.
8) I hate feet. I have such a phobia of feet honestly, I can't look at them let alone touch them. I feel sick just typing it out. 
9) I need 10 hours of sleep every night to function otherwise there is no point trying to talk to me.
10) I can't swim, yes I am aware at 18 year old it is kind of embarrassing. But in all honestly I have never had any desire to swim in the pool or the sea. I am pretty content just dipping my feet in. I may have to rethink this one soon though as I am really worried that a shark may attack me one day and I won't be able to swim away.
11) I don't deal with stress well at all. I usually just end up crying into a bowl of ice-cream.
12) I have no self control when it comes to shopping especially sales. If something is on sale I have to buy it. I remember one time I bought Frozen paper plates because they were on sale.
13) My celebrity crush is Zac Efron need I say more.
14) I live in my pajamas, I prefer comfort over anything and my pajamas are the most comfiest thing ever.
15) I am so terrible at photography. I just haven't got one creative bone in my body. All my photos either come out dark, blurry or just plain disastrous. 
16) I had a cameo role in Doctor Who. They film it where I live and I went down to watch and I am in the background of a few episodes.
17) I have no siblings and I like it surprisingly. 
18) I am extrovert. I love to be around people and I love to talk.
19) I am naturally blonde but I also use dye on my hair because my roots come through so fast even though I am a natural blonde why is this??
20) I like candles, seriously my house is full of them. They smell sonice and are so relaxing.

I have stayed in bed past 10am all week this week because I have been staying up way past my bedtime as in 2am because... 

I binged watched Law&order SVU from the very beginning- season one in three days #bringonseason2

I went for a run the other day and attended a fitness class with my friend and I am so unfit it is unreal. I felt like I was dying during and after said workouts #soremusclesfordays #nopainnogain

I need a manicure and my nails painted asap. I haven't had my nails painted in months because I am just too lazy to do them myself #lazyproblems 

I am a terrible cook, I remember I used to take cooking classes in school and mine always used to taste the worst whether that was the ingredients I used or how long I left it in for. I am still the same now so I always end up ordering a take out or going out to eat and that is no good on my bank balance or my waistline #someonecomeandcookforme

I need to stop forgetting to include pictures in my posts. I always write posts up in advance and I manage to complete said post and then I forgot I haven't added pictures. By the time I realise I haven't added pictures my post has already been posted because I am strict with my blogging schedule and have to have the exact post out on the exact day. #failuresofablogger

I haven't picked up a good book in ages and now that I have time to relax and read a book I don't have a book to read. So if any of you have any recommendations of books for me to read please send them my way. Something that is a good beach and pool read please?

IT IS OFFICIAL MY SUMMER HAS NOW BEGUN! NO MORE COLLEGE (EVER) AND NO MORE EXAMS (UNTIL NEXT YEAR) GO ME FOR MAKING IT THROUGH MY FINAL YEAR OF COLLEGE.

Now exams are over I will be back to regular posting over at pancakes and sparkles. I hope you didn't miss me too much *sarcasm*

I am planning on taking a blog hiatus for just over two weeks (19 days to be precise haha). I know I am not super active on here anyway but that is partly because I started to blog again right in the middle of exam season. I am using these 2 weeks to study and take my exams. I will be back with a fully new design and even better content so stay tuned for that. My mind has been so clouded with exam content that I haven't been able to find time to whip up a well thought out post so instead of just writing things for the sake of writing a post I thought I would take a break to work on my exams so I can actually get into my chosen university. I will still try and read as many of your posts as I can but I am not promising anything. Please stick with me through this time and don't leave me because I promise I will be back!

Considering I am super busy I don't have much time to whip up a post about issues that are bothering me or about my weekend shenanigans so instead a quick update on what is going on in my life (other than studying of course)

Watching: Skins, a British tv series. It's available on Netflix and I highly recommend you watch it. I remember watching the first season a few years back but never got into it but I am super glad I gave it a second chance.

Reading: Revision material for my exams and philosophy books:( Nothing exciting I am trying to get into reading blog posts here and there and commenting but I don't have time. I can't wait until exams are over so I can catch up on reading blogs again and start some new books.
