Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend because I sure did.

Friday I woke up feeling so rough, my allergies are really playing up lately and I felt terrible. My eyes were all red and puffy and I kept sneezing, I had plans to go to the gym with my friend but I felt so bad I just stayed in bed. I managed to get up around 12PM to make some food and then I crawled back into bed to watch the rest of Orange Is The New Black. I didn't think season 3 was all that good to be honest.

Saturday I went furniture shopping with my grandparents. We went to a few different places and managed to score some bargains for them. On the way back home we stopped in the Harvester to have some food and then I headed to the gym. After I came home from the gym I sat outside in the garden with a strawberry frozen daiquiri and a magazine.

Sunday I attended my aunty's 80th birthday party. We had a BBQ food, dessert and wine which was perfect. I got to see all my extended family that I haven't seen in about 5 years which was really nice. The only downside was that the weather didn't cooperate, it was raining pretty heavy the whole day. So we ended up having to cook everything indoors instead of outside! Around 4PM the sun started to come out so we hopped outside and had birthday cake outside in the sun. They had a trampoline in the garden so I used the excuse that I was taking my little cousin on there and had a go myself. I left around 6.30PM to head home and I finished the night with a hot bubble bath and Law&Order SVU.

*Sadly no photos this week as my phone has been in repair since last Thursday! I am having a new screen as I broke the screen last week on my phone*

1) Yesterday I broke my Iphone screen! I had just finished speaking to my mother on the phone and went to put my phone in my bag, but I wasn't concentrating properly and my phone missed my bag and landed straight on the floor. I may of nearly had a breakdown because I now have to afford £80 for a screen replacement.

2) How cool is this DIY minion plant pot. I love minions and can see me tackling this as a project in the summer. The minions movie comes out today in the U.K and I cannot wait to see it.

3) I have managed to eat relatively healthy all week and have attended the gym everyday this week. Go me! I feel so much better in myself, why didn't I realise this sooner huh? But I am a little nervous this weekend as my family are putting on a bbq and I don't want to undo all my good progress by eating so unhealthily. I know I deserve a treat but the thought of putting on the same amount of pounds that I lost this week scares me.

4) I have baby fever at 18 years old. My mothers friend had a sweet baby girl a few weeks ago and I went and had cuddles from her yesterday. She stayed asleep in my arms for well over 2 hours and I just wanted to take her home with me. There is nothing better than baby cuddles to make your day better. Don't worry I won't be having a baby anytime soon as I can't even look after myself, I will just get my baby fix through little Elsie.

5) Yesterday I had my first negative experience with blogging. Hate on one of of my posts, I get not everyone is going to agree with me but come on what happened to if you haven't got anything nice to say then don't say it at all. I know that this all part of the blogging fun but it really hurt. Maybe it is because it is my first ever rude comment but I don't know I just would never do that to someone I didn't agree with. I would simply either say it in a nice way or just not say anything. I think I best get used to this as it will happen again at some point.

Hope you all have an amazing weekend!

> My dog Roscoe. He lives with my dad so I rarely get to see him. I miss waking up to puppy snuggles and a fresh lick of dog slobber. I love spending my day taking him to the dog park and teaching him a trick or two.

> Saved By The Bell. I used to come home everyday from school and watch episodes of Saved By The Bell. I had a massive crush on Zack, didn't everyone. I miss TV shows like Saved By The Bell they no longer make shows like that anymore. I own Saved By The Bell: The Wedding and Saved By The Bell: Hawaiian Style on DVD and frequently watch them. I may have watched the Jimmy Fallon skit over 10 times.

> Pairs. I have been too the city of love many times and each time I have fell more in love with it. It seriously holds such a special place in my heart. I love the whole vibe of the city and I cannot wait to venture back to that city that stole my heart. It reminds me so much of family vacations and even my school years where I went there for a trip one year.

> My metabolism. Seriously guys my metabolism has gone missing, if you find it can you please bring it back to me, there will be a reward. I remember I could eat whatever I wanted without putting on a single pound. I used to eat all the carbs and double the portion sizes until about a year ago when I only had to look at a chocolate bar before putting on weight.

> My Mac foundation. Two weeks ago I bought a new foundation, well my Mac foundation run out so I went and bought another one. I took it out with me on Saturday to top up my make up and what happened I lost it and now someone else is probably using my foundation that I paid £35 for. Remind me next time to take a cheap foundation out with me!

> Tennis. I love Tennis, lots of people find it so boring but I enjoy watching it. It is probably one of the few sports I watch (including Rugby) I watch all the tournaments and really keep up with Tennis, there is no real reason as to why but I just like watching it. I only have to wait a week before Wimbledon starts back so I haven't got long to miss it before it is back on my screen. Next year I am definitely going to watch a game on Centre Court!

> Having BBQS with my family. Every summer when I was younger, all my family used to get together for summer bbqs but these past few years the weather hasn't been nice enough to carry on the tradition. It has either rained or been cold when we have arranged said get together. I miss it because it used to be such a good time. I have one coming up this week as my aunty turns 80 so hopefully the weather holds up for that.

I think that is enough for one day. What are you missing?

Okay so these past few days I have been feeling in a funk with life. I have been struggling coming to terms with the fact that I haven't got long with my closest group of friends before we go off and do our own things, I have been worrying that I won't get to go to my chosen university to study and eventually become a teacher, I have been saddened by the news that one of my friends from school has passed away due to cancer and my depression has been flaring up again and I am finding it difficult to manage. With all these things going on it is easier for me to sit and scream that life isn't fair or to dwell on things so I have come up with a list of things to be happy about in order to get out of this mood.

1) Summer. I am very lucky to get a summer vacation where I can do what I want. Pool time, beach time, read a book all day, get up late, go on a hike, go out to dinner. The weather is gorgeous and allows me to hang out outside all day working on a tan. Plus waking up with the sun streaming through your windows is a way to make anyone feel good about getting out of bed.
2) Hot baths. There is nothing better when you are stressed or having a hard day than to jump in a hot bath, filled with bubbles, candles and read a good book. You come out feeling so much more relaxed and better within yourself.
3) Fresh flowers. They brighten up every living space and are so pretty to look at. They don't cost all that much but they have the ability to make my life that little bit brighter. I just love seeing a vase full of flowers!
4) My group of friends. My friendship with the 5 people I consider my closest friends is so effortless. They know when to make me laugh and when to be serious, they know when to be honest with me and when to let me make my own mistakes. I love how we never get bored or tired of each other and I could hang out with them all day everyday, we just get each other. I am forever grateful to have such wonderful people in my life. Our adventures are the best and I wouldn't want to do them with anyone else. I treasure every moment I get with you lot as I know we all have different plans for the future and that will not always guarantee that we can hang out at the drop of a hat anymore.

5) Family. I am so lucky that I have wonderful parents and family who support me in everything that I do. They may not always agree with my decisions but that doesn't mean that they won't support me. I have gained some amazing qualities from them such as the importance of standing up for myself, the belief that you can be anything that you want to be if you set your mind to it and if you never give up, my strong work ethic where I work hard in everything that I do, my witty sense of humour and my sarcastic nature. I know that you are only a phone call, a text or even streets away from me if I need any advice or help about certain issues. I may have a crazy family who sometimes annoy me but I wouldn't trade them for the world.
6) Music. I love music so much, I have songs that I listen to when I am in various moods and putting on a song and dancing really helps to shake any bad feelings that I am feeling. There is something about music that just makes you relate and feel all kind of emotions. I love nothing more than driving in the car with my mother with the windows open, singing along to music.
7) Reality TV. Judge me all you want but I love reality TV. When I am in college I use my brain all day everyday so the last thing that I want to do is watch something on TV that I have to think about, I just want to watch mindless TV where I can just laugh at all the craziness that goes on.
8) Italian Food. If I could eat one cuisine for the rest of my life it would be Italian. I love pasta so much and I could eat all day everyday. Give me all the pasta. I love nothing more than sitting down with a hearty Italian meal.
9) Free health care. It is no secret that I suffer with depression and I am super thankful that we have free health care. I have been on medication and attended many counselling and therapy sessions all for free. I know that if my health care wasn't free I could not afford to get help for my depression and I would be in a bad place right now. My grandad is a pretty unlucky man who has had countless surgeries that would cost £15,000 if we paid it ourselves so without free healthcare my grandad probably wouldn't be here.
10) This blog. I know that I haven't long had this blog or posted consistently within the past year but now that I have had more time to blog I am enjoying it. I love putting all my thoughts onto a blank post and talking about issues that bother me openly. I love all the benefits of blogging and have already met some amazing people in such a short amount of time. Thank you to the *small* amount of people who read my posts, I appreciate it so much. But to me blogging is more than stats!

I could include many more things I am happy and grateful for but these are the ones that I managed to come up with off the top of my head! Just reading this list has already made me feel that little bit better.

What do you do when you are in one of those moods? What are you grateful or happy about?

1) To celebrate the end of exams me and my friend went out for happy hour! I may of drunk way to many cocktails but lets not talk about that. The apple passion cocktails was definitely my favourite.

Sorry for the bad quality photo it was super dark.

2) This Sunday is fathers day and I cannot wait to spend the day with my two favourite people (my father and grandfather) We have plans to go out for a traditional Sunday roast to celebrate. I love my grandfather and father very much and they are the kindest people on this planet and I am looking forward to celebrating a day that is all about them, they deserve it.

3) I have been loving the show Love Island. It is about a bunch of boys and girls on an island trying to find love. Similar to the Bachelor. I love a good reality TV show.

4) I am going on holiday in less than 3 weeks! I cannot wait to relax on the beach/by the pool with a good book and catch a tan. Considering I booked this holiday way back in January it has come around quite quickly.

5) Allergy season is in full swing and I am struggling. My eyes are all red, puffy and itchy and my nose just drips like a tap. I love the Spring/Summer but it is when my allergies play up and it makes it hard to stay outside for long periods of time. Can anyone recommend any good products for allergies please?

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Considering I am new to the blogging world I thought I would share some things about myself with you all.

So without further adieu you probably don't know that...

1) I could eat ice cream all day everyday, but I dislike cakes and doughnuts.
2) I don't eat breakfast. Okay I know breakfast is suppose to be the most important meal of the day or whatever but I just simply do not get up in time to eat it or even if I do I cannot stomach food first thing in the morning.
3) I bite my nails, it's such a bad habit to have and no matter how hard I try I can't seem to break it.
4) I usually fall asleep during a movie whether that be at home or in the cinema. When it is dark out or I am bed watching TV I mostly just end up falling asleep.
5) I still wear Christmas pajamas even in the Summer. They are so comfortable and they have reindeers on them, how can you not wear them.
6) I have my wedding all planned out in my head and I even have a secret Pintrest board with all wedding pins #callmecrazy.
7) My favourite genre of music is a toss up between rock and country. Depending on the day and the mood.
8) I hate feet. I have such a phobia of feet honestly, I can't look at them let alone touch them. I feel sick just typing it out.
9) I need 10 hours of sleep every night to function otherwise there is no point trying to talk to me.
10) I can't swim, yes I am aware at 18 year old it is kind of embarrassing. But in all honestly I have never had any desire to swim in the pool or the sea. I am pretty content just dipping my feet in. I may have to rethink this one soon though as I am really worried that a shark may attack me one day and I won't be able to swim away.
11) I don't deal with stress well at all. I usually just end up crying into a bowl of ice-cream.
12) I have no self control when it comes to shopping especially sales. If something is on sale I have to buy it. I remember one time I bought Frozen paper plates because they were on sale.
13) My celebrity crush is Zac Efron need I say more.
14) I live in my pajamas, I prefer comfort over anything and my pajamas are the most comfiest thing ever.
15) I am so terrible at photography. I just haven't got one creative bone in my body. All my photos either come out dark, blurry or just plain disastrous.
16) I had a cameo role in Doctor Who. They film it where I live and I went down to watch and I am in the background of a few episodes.
17) I have no siblings and I like it surprisingly.
18) I am extrovert. I love to be around people and I love to talk.
19) I am naturally blonde but I also use dye on my hair because my roots come through so fast even though I am a natural blonde why is this??
20) I like candles, seriously my house is full of them. They smell sonice and are so relaxing.

I am always on the look out for more blogs to read so please comment some facts about yourself/your blog and I will be sure to follow your blog.
